Whether you’re new to Christ’s College or have been part of our school community for years, we’d love you to join us for a relaxed and welcoming evening.

This year’s Friends of Christ’s College AGM will be a little different. Alongside the official AGM, we’re hosting our first Meet the Friends Parents’ Evening - an opportunity to meet the people behind Friends of Christ’s College, discover what goes on behind the scenes and explore the many ways parents can become involved in school life.

      •  Discover Business Breakfasts, Careers Events and Student Mentoring

      •  Learn about Chaplaincy and student support opportunities

      •  Find out how easyfundraising, the Parents’ Lottery and monthly donations support our school

      •  Donate or learn about our Uniform Scheme

      •  Support the Gardening Club

      •  Meet the team behind the school’s Social Media and Parent Facebook Groups

      •  Share your own ideas, skills or expertise that could benefit our students and school community.

The formal AGM will be kept brief and will include the Chair’s Report, Treasurer’s Report and the reappointment of the Friends of Christ’s College Committee.

Throughout the evening you’ll have the opportunity to chat informally with staff, volunteers and fellow parents, ask questions and discover how—even with just a little time—you can make a real difference.

 On arrival you’ll receive a “Get Involved” postcard, where you can:

• Register your attendance

• Tell us how you’d like to help

• Share ideas for future events

• Suggest projects or improvements for the school

Every parent has something valuable to offer, whether that’s volunteering at one event a year, sharing professional expertise, supporting fundraising or simply becoming part of our fantastic school community.
